Question 3, explanation of the answer

in Data Strategy / The increasing need for real-time data to understand customers and markets

In the explanation of the answer, it is written, "Prioritizing internal data...there is no guarantee that external data is going to be less problematic..." I may be wrong, but I thought that instead of "less problematic", it should be written "more problematic"?
