It's just that 1500 was mistakenly entered, 2000 should have been entered, and that's how 4% comes out
Because in the calculation of Active vs passive churn is 2,500 - 500 = 2000 [and not 1500]
and the dollar sign may not be necessary because it is about clients, not revenues.
