Sample Dataset 1 Exam Error
Seems like there is a different Dataset given for Dataset1.
The lowest value in the Dataset1 that I had downloaded was 9596,5 so the mean value of less than 9000 is out of the question. The Answers should be reviewed.

I assume you are referring to Practice test 1. If that's the case, there are 80 values in the dataset. I just downloaded the dataset to confirm that's the case. Please make sure you scroll up to see all of them.
The mean in the example is equal to 8,916.33 (as in the explanation).
