Schema Section some items missing
Some option from schema section is missing my IDE downloaded is an MySQL Installer 8.0.19 I only have sys. but the options on the video has information scheme, mysql etc

This shouldn't be a problem. As long as you obtain references to your databases and tables after you create them, then the Schemas section should be good enough in your case.
To visualise any updates on your databases and data tables, please remember to refresh the Schemas section after such updates.
