Setting Target Value to Gauge Visual
I don't get why we set the target to be a percent from already achieved target. For example, achieved sales of canada is 7620 why we set its target as 80% from this number.

I guess he's just using that as a demonstration. He mentioned it himself that making the target 80 percent will mean we are on target (always).
From my end, I tried with somthing higher like (*1.2) as well as lower.
