Resolved: Unable to retale the exam
I am unable to retake the exam inspite of watching it for 30min. And for the first course of module 1, I didn,t even attaempt the exam but it shows failed and now the content is locked. I am not even able to watch the content for 30min to unlock. This is so annoying although I am on a premium plan.

Hi Sri,
Apologies for these issues. Our system counts the actual minutes during which you have watched video (not simply the lecture duration). Are you sure you completed 30 minutes? Please feel free to send me a screenshot of your results for course 1 of module 1. THanks!
