Unable to use the correlation equation.

Please go thru my answer and kindly advise
me where I went wrong.
Did I use all the equations correctly?
Or is there something missing?

Instead of 173.61 is 173,617 is a whole number not a decimal.
Some countries or applications use dot to define whole numbers and some of them use comma to define whole numbers, you can see this if you use google drive excel or microsoft excel
