About the Instructor
With 10 years of professional experience under his belt, Marios Prifti has been involved in the entire lifecycle of business-technology transformation and managing software engineering teams across projects. He holds a bachelor’s in computer science from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), part of Erasmus University. Marios started his career as a software engineer, then quickly became the software development manager at a Dutch property management company. Currently, he’s an agile delivery manager, coordinating a fully remote international product team with members from Development, Marketing, Design, and HR. Constantly seeking growth opportunities, Marios is passionate about supporting businesses’ journeys across the tech landscape.

Marios has practical experience helping businesses with development and design and agile and process optimization. In his ambition to further develop his business understanding, Marios obtained professional credentials in SCRUM and PRINCE2 project management, certificates in LeSS and SAFe agile methodology, and disruptive strategy from Harvard Business School.
