I understand that the example given in the video is not completely intuitive. What is meant is the following:
P(ace of spades) = P(drawing an ace from the entire deck) * P(drawing a spade from all aces) = 4/52 * 1/4 = 1/52.
The argument could also be turned around such that:
P(ace of spades) = P(drawing a spade from the entire deck) * P(drawing an ace from all spades) = 13/52 * 1/13 = 1/52.

The question was asking about probability of drawing any Spades, not Ace of Spade.
So, in playing cards, each suit has 13 cards , therfore, the probability for drawing any Spade = 13 / 52 which is 0.25
