Hi, what determens that the employees table would be the one we would select from..? (I have attached a screen shot) Thanks..!

Actually, we are not selecting only from the employees table, but from the dept_manager, departments and titles tables. Also, we make a join between them. We determine the tables according to the needs of the task.
