Are Residuals Random Walk Processes or White Noise?

in Time Series Analysis with Python / Examining the AR Model Residuals

At the (beginning) of this lesson you stated that the residuals should "ideally follow a RANDOM WALK process so they should be stationary" , but aren't all random walk processes non-stationary?
Should it not be that residuals follow White Noise processes instead?
