What function in excel is equivalent to CALCULATE Function in Power BI?

CALCULATE is a DAX function, there is no equivalent in Excel. The purpose of DAX is to give you Excel that is way more capable than the macros engine.
well, you may use FILTER equation in excel, that might give u the same result. try it out!
