Resolved: RELATEDTABLE FUNCTION
How does RelatedTable knows that we want to count the number of sales in fact_Internet_Sales table based on EnglishProductName and not based on color or StartDate or any other column in the dim_Product table?

It actually works on Product Key level, the RELATEDTABLE function will count the rows from fact_Internet_Sales based off the number of instances of each Product Key and will return summarized results. I am using English Product name as a way to add meaning to the context.
