Resolved: Can't find the formula for skewness in the lecture.
In the lecture it said "We're not going ot get into the formula, normally you will use a computer" Then the exercise says "You can use the formula from the lecture, which was not taught." Also, if you are going to use the functions in Excel you should not assume people have used them. This is never taught in this course.

Just type =skew in excel cell and it appears.
select a range of cells in excel and type for example =skew(b10:b39) as b10:b39 is the cells range
