You are right, it is not logical that younger people buy more properties than older, Right skewness means that the older people buy more houses and the mode itself is 48 > the mean

I got it now, the graph is right skewed this means that outliers are to the right of the graph who are the older people, in addition to that the majority of the buyers are below 46 which represents the mean
