Cancelled the subscription but not hear any mail on refund status

I would like to know the status of my refund as I cancelled my annual subscription on the platform on day when I subscribed(1st Dec'24). so, i am eligible to get my refund 100%.

So, could you please help me to know the status of my refund amount? When will I receive it? will it be sent back through the same account card Id by which I paid?

I also officially sent a mail to 365 team with invoice and subscription cancelled screenshot. 

looking forward for your help here.
