i can't take any exam or engage in practice, because my time run up instantly
hello, is there any problem in taking the exams, and practice exam, because i finished my first course (( introduction to data and data science)), so i want to take the exam, the moment i click the start button of the exam the timer runs up and shows that's my time is up. i couldn't understand, can you clarify what's going on. thanks

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the issue you have came across. Do you mind providing us with a couple of more details about the problem you have came across?
Here's what would help:
- What's the browser you're using
- Are you using any browser extensions that could prevent you from using the platform, without any interruptions
- A screenshot! Before providing us with a screenshot, please make sure to open the console in your browser and to take the screenshot after that. In order to open your console, press the "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "C" buttons. After that a new tab will appear from where you will have to select the "Console" section. After that please make sure to take the screenshot, by clicking the buttons "Win" + "PrtScr" and make sure that both your console and the platform are visible in the picture!
