Change the name on the certificate
I completed my coursework and passed the final exam. The certificate I received lists my phone number but not my name. Is it possible to amend the certificate to include my name instead of my phone number?

You can change your name on all future certificates by taking the following steps:
1. Log in to the platform with your credentials;
2. Click on your profile picture at the top-right corner of the screen;
3. Choose Account Settings from the dropdown menu;
4. Navigate to General;
5. Change your name.
We strongly recommend using your full legal name because this name appears on all your certificates of achievement.
If you wish to change your name on certificates we’ve already issued, update your name by following the steps described above and then email us at team@365datascience.com. When your name is updated, we’ll get in touch, and you should see your certificate reflecting the change. Hope this helps!
