Resolved: UNABLE TO TAKE THE CERTIFICATE EXAM
Good Afternoon, please I was not able to download the excel file for the exam. Please I need your help because without the excel file, I cannot take the exam. I hurriedly clicked on start exam.

Can you please be more specific - are you referring to 1) the files from the resources section associated to the lectures from the first section of the course (that is, the one corresponding to the Course Introduction, which, I see, is when you have asked this question), or 2) to some other files? Also, are you referring to the 3) Practice Exams or other exams?
Finally, please remember that the files provided in 1) (that is, the first section of the course) are not Excel files - they are image files, containing the infographic and diagram we present in the section.

I am referring to the certificate exam for the course and not the practice exam. I was about to take the exam and I clicked “Start Exam” but there was an excel file that had to be downloaded and I was not able to download it.
I know the resources provided for the course are not in excel.

Thank you very much for the clarification.
I suppose you are referring to the following piece of information from the first page, just before you press the "Start Exam" button for the course exam. Is that correct?
If this is the case, please keep in mind that there is no particular file to download prior to taking the exam. This is the icon we use to show the Microsoft Excel software - you will need it while taking the course exam.
Should you need a Microsoft Excel file to download - these ones will be provided after you click on the "Start Exam" button.

Yes I was referring to that information from the first page. I made a mistake then but how will I be able to write the exam because it's showing that I failed it.

Thank you very much for your reply.
One cannot retry taking course exams incessantly. You need to go back to the course videos and watch 30 minutes of videos before you can retake a course exam.
