Which components are use in datascience of Statistics and Probability?

Data science includes knowledge of statistics, mathematics, machine learning, computer science, and business skills, as well as the interaction between any two of these disciplines. Rarely a person is equally equipped for all disciplines; a good data scientist rather has profound understanding of one of them and then a decent preparation on the rest.
Therefore, the more you know about Statistics and Probability, the more you will know how to improve your data science projects. There is no specific list of skills and/or tools to cover in order to be considered "a data scientist".
