Resolved: Do I have to install documentation?
At 6:18, when I hover over range at the same time on my computer, I do not see any explanation. Do I have to install anything beforehand?

Could you please check whether the 'Show quick documentation on hover' checkbox is selected for you:
To find this checkbox, press Ctrl+Alt+S (this will open up a new window), then go to Editor -> Code Editing -> Show quick documentation on hover:
This should do the trick and I hope it solves the problem!
