I just want to clarify if this assignment really intends to insert the dept_name 'Public Relations' twice.

Hi Carl!
Thanks for reaching out.

You just need to insert it one time. Then, delete the department with number = 'd002'. Finally, insert two new records in the departments_dup table with values: 'd010' and 'd011'.
