thanks for reaching out! When you specify the path to your file, the double quotes characters seem to be throwing an error. This sometimes happens if you copy text to a Jupyter Notebook. I'd suggest you try to remove the double quotes, and type them directly in the Notebook cell without copying them from an external source.
Let me know if you still receive an error in the reading of the file after that.
