Resolved: Getting same LTV and AOV

I am getting similar LTV and AOV. That is $410 for 2019 and $465 for 2020.

AOV= SUM([Total order value])/COUNTD([Consumer ID])image

Hi Abrar,
thanks for reaching out! It seems that for calculating the average order value you're dividing by the number of unique users, instead of the unique orders. That's why your result is similar to the LTV value.
To adjust it, you need to divide by the number of Order IDs, instead of the consumers and that's how you'll get the average order value.
