how to upload the assignment and remark on it 

There isn't any option for submitting assignment even I am figuring out from where we can submit it

Currently, assignments are meant to be done on your own. At most, we provide answers, as well as explanations in the lectures.
Nonetheless, apart from quiz questions, we do provide practice, course and final exams once you have enrolled. So, there are plenty of ways (and moments) where you can test your current knowledge.

how to remark on the assignment part from the cours

Please just click on the empty circle located to the left of the assignment's name in the course content section until it becomes a tick on a purple background. Doing this will count your assignment as completed.
