I dont understand the decision tree
The decision tree having -11 is not making sense. Where did -11 come from?

The decision tree is an example of how the output range is split into different leaf nodes at the bottom of the tree.
Where did -11 come from?
It is an arbitrary cut-off point to illustrate the fact that the leaves of decision trees partition your output range into discreet, non-overlapping intervals.
