intro to python practice exam
at the end of section 7 sequences the practice exam prompts me to take exam on desktop device. I'm on a macbook pro 2023 OS Ventura 13.4.1 I exited the site and logged back in with the same problem. I went to the home page and directly clicked on exams links to try from there and I'm getting same issue a yellow caution empblem that directs me to use desktop device. For some reason the software thinks I'm using mobile device, but that's not true. I've only accessed the site and practice exam through laptop. Can you help?

Please accept my apologies for the delayed response.
The message you get reflects the fact that at this moment you've opened the website at a resolution lower than the required for taking an exam. Either your resolution is low or it is high but you've only opened the website in a small window. There's a minimum size requirement for having the website considered as "laptop state/regime", otherwise it automatically transfers the website into "mobile state/regime". Hence the message you've obtained.
Please try augmenting the resolution or the window/tab that you are using and retry taking the exam.
