Resolved: Is there a mistake?
As mentioned in the lecture, ":" is called a semi-colon. I believe this is a semi-colon: ";". where ":" is just called a colon.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

You are correct, there seems to be a mistake - the word "semi-colon" should have instead been "colon".
