Resolved: It doesnt exist as an option for me to Python [default] file?

in Introduction to Jupyter / Working with Notebook Files

Here is a screenshot of the menu creation options it only presents to me ipykernel option:

This is how it appears in newer versions of the product. Feel free to use the Python 3 (ipykernel) option to create a new notebook.
