missing oversampling to balance target variable

it is more a comment, I feel like and oversampling step is needed, usually this kind of dataset are bad balanced, having more good credit score than bad credit score, so when performing the model this will be good for good borrowers meanwhile it may not be good for catch or assigned a proper probability to bad borrowers
