PG Admin 4 is not opening on browser

Hey Tina!
Glad to watch your videos here! I have a small problem regarding the pg admin 4. Having installed the PostgreSQL latest version for Windows, I tried opening the pg admin 4, and it did not open as it is being shown in your video. In my case it is not using the default, or any other browser, but opening a seperate windows, and the interface is also quite different. I am not sure if I am going in the right direction. How do I fix it and make it look  exactly like you showed on browser?
