Why did this test have INSERT questions on it when we hadn't gone over that material yet?

Please excuse us for misplacing the practice test. We corrected the error a few months ago. We have missed to inform you by answering this thread, doing it now. Please excuse us for the delay. In the meantime, I believe we have managed to resolve the issue!
