reg.get_params() difference

I noticed difference in the lectures output and the reg.get_params() I applied. Can you clarify if 

1) Normalize is same as positive showing in my results

2) n-jobs = 1 in lecture while mine is zero.  what difference does the 1 and zero output mean?
