skewness level: which dataset is more skewed in the exercise?

Hi, I have 2 questions concerning the skewness level in the exercise.

in the solution, it says 'sk2 dataset has a relatively strong negative skew(-0.33)'.
But in reality, isn't the skewness level of -0.33 fairly weak?

I learned that the bigger the absolute values are, the stronger the skewness is.
From this point of view, sk1 dataset(0.57) is more skewed than sk2 dataset(-0.33).
But from the graphs, it looks like sk2 is more skewed than sk1.
why is that?

Thanks in advance for your help!
