tail side test in the email example

hello, as we know, we determine the tail side of the test according to the alternative hypothesis H1, if H1 has (>) then it is a right side test, if it has (<) then it is left side test. 

     the question is that in the exercise of the email open rate given in the lecture, the H1 is >40%

yet you still chose the left side tail on the p value calculator. 

note: choosing right side tail will give us 0.696 and not 0.304 which a left side tail will give us according to the p value calculator of 365.
