Resolved: Transformations(Addition and Subtraction)

Hey, I think there is something wrong with the transformation concept in terms of addition and subtraction, and that is also ensured in the following exercise. 


If we add a constant k, where k>0, to the independent value of a function, x, the dependent value, y, would actually be shifted to the left, not to the right. So I hope you can clarify this.
