Using standard HTMLSession outside Spyder/Jupyter

Hello,

In the video, it was mentioned that "the package requires the use of asynchronous session in order to execute properly."

Does that mean that if we use other python applications, say VSCode/PyCharm, then we can use the standard HTMLSession?

Just want to clear things up.
