Variable not showing a value debugging

From the code snippet below, when i run the second loop, I do not see the output of the second iterator(w or b)
the output of the variable b does not show anything and w gives an output [ skipping hidden frame]
However, i which the variable given to the first iterator shows a value after it run.
Please explain why the second iterator does not give an output.
