What will be the mode if there are two numbers repeating most number of times?
Say, in this example, in NYC, there are 2 places with $3 and 2 places with $6. What would be the mode in that case ?

Hello, Amar!
Thanks for reaching out!
Any data set can possibly have no mode (when all observations have the same frequencies), 1 mode, 2 modes, 3 modes, etc. Unlike the two other measures of central tendency, there's only one mean and one median for a given data set.
The mode in your example is $3 and $6.
Hope this helps.
