Why use inner joints instead of left join.

1)Why i think left join is much better than inner join. Using left join, we can include all the data from the customers info and find their match with the purchases info ?

2) Why not use data blending ? How to diffrentiate whether we need to use data blending or join to create the relationship from both sheets ?
