thanks for reaching out! Did you register on the gitlab project and complete the setup and run the data_simulator_logistics Notebook - this is where the csv data file is created.

As Elitsa wrote, the `data.csv` file is generated by running the `data_simulator_logistics.ipynb` Jupyter notebook; which can be found at the following GitLab repository...
