If i Did not buy premiem or upgrade my account and complete course can i get certification of any course related to Data science???

No, unfortunately you will not get a certificate with the free plan.
The free plan allows prospective students to get a feel of the 365 Data Science program. By signing up for a free plan, you get free access to a limited number of lectures, quizzes, and materials from each course.
To earn Course Certificates and Career Track Certificates, you’ll have to sign up for a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription. Regardless of the plan you choose, you will be granted full access to the entire training and all complementary learning materials.
