Checking for Sudo access/password

Did you use your Mac password to proceed?
Then, are you unable to load Workbench after you click on its icon in your applications list? Have you tried that so far? If yes, did it launch Workbench then?

I have not been able to bi-pass the Sudo acess and Password. Can you please assist with it please
