course files are not opening.

Hi,
I've downloaded the course materials for "Bar & Line Chart - Introduction - General Theory and Dataset", There are two files, WinRAR ZIP file and a PDF file. I couldn't unzip the RAR file using both WinRAR extractor and my pc's built-in zip extractor, and I couldn't open the PDF file as it was showing "Access Denied" (Pic for reference has been attached). But right now the problem has been resolved, I logged out and logged in to the website and downloaded the materials again. Now they are working fine.

But I've encountered another with other files, like after I downloaded the files and tried to copy them to another folder I got an error saying "Couldn't copy the file as the file path is too long.". I repeated the same process above and downloaded them again. I don't know what the problem is. Anyway thanks for replying.
