Different outputs
The coefficients and intercept I am getting are different from the one I got in OLS table, I have used the same excel file for both the cases...

As I don't have access to the entire code, it's difficult for me to pinpoint where the problem is. Could you please try to restart the kernel and rerun all cells in order?
If this doesn't solve it, then compare your code with the one provided as a downloadable resource and see if there are any differences.

Yes I just accidentaly exchanged the dependent and independent variables, I figured it out later.
