exam retake problem
After my first attempt writing the exam which i didn't do well, i wanted to retake the exam and was telling me that after 30min meanwhile i have waited more than 2 hours now and no lock has been removed. Please, help me out.

In order to retake your exam, here's what you need to do:
Go to "Courses" from the Menu and navigate to "Completed courses".
From there, click on the Introduction to Data and Data Science course and watch at least 30 minutes of video lectures.
This requirement aims to help students revise the parts of the course that are most challenging for them before retaking the exam.
