I got the result with the INDEX & MATCH formula
and can I know the INDEX & MATCH & MATCH formula cuz I couldn't solve it with the 3 functions

Good to hear from you. Thanks for the interesting question.
The idea is that you'll need to create multiple INDEX&MATCH functions. Whereas with only one INDEX,MATCH, MATCH you can fill in the entire sheet because it has lookup values both horizontally and vertically.
