how do you interpret the conclusion that NY price much more expensive than LA

i still dont understand how you concluded that apple in NY are much more exp than in LA. while the Xbar-Ybar = 0.69 which falls between the intervals of (0.47 , 0.92).. how do you interpret it as much more expensive?

Hello,

Good question.

I think the lecturer means that we're confident apples in NY are more expensive than the ones in LA and that has been proven by this CI. Not sure this was the right wording here.
