Hypohesis null and alternative _ ajax
I am stil confused with null and alternative hyptohesis. In Ajax problem, since the advertising says "to be able to clean many more dishes with a single bottle", it is not the status quo, therefore the null hypothesis? And then we should test the alternative: we cannot clean more dishes". Why in the exercise we do the oposite?

Think it like this: you are checking for their advertised statement i.e. able to clean many more dishes or extreme ajax > ajax, so that's your desired alternative/ alternative hypothesis. That means, we are trying to reject the statement that not able to clean many more dishes i.e. extreme ajax <= ajax.
