I want to retake the exam
Can I have a chance to retake this exam as soon as possible? During sitting the exam, the electricity went out and also internet was shut down and so I could not answer the questions till the end and failed.

You have more than one attempt to take the exam.
However, you need to first go back to the course and watch at least 30 more minutes of the lessons. This requirement aims to help students revise the parts of the course that are most challenging for them before retaking the exam.
